SCOPE: NON-EXCLUSIVE DIGITAL ASSET USAGE
01 // GRANT_OF_ACCESS
Upon successful transaction, the user (Subject) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets. You are authorized to “inject” these assets into your personal projects, terminal environments, and hardware setups.
02 // PERMITTED_OPERATIONS (THE_WHITELIST)
Personal Use: Unlimited use on personal devices, GitHub profiles, and social media.
Content Creation: You may feature the assets in your YouTube videos, Twitch streams, or blog posts (shout-outs to the “Yeti” source are appreciated but not required).
Modification: You are permitted to resize, recolor, or crop assets to fit your specific UI/UX requirements.
03 // RESTRICTED_OPERATIONS (THE_BLACKLIST)
No Redistribution: You may not re-sell, sub-license, or distribute the raw digital files in any public repository or marketplace.
No Commercial Merchandise: You may not print these digital assets onto physical products for sale (t-shirts, physical stickers, etc.) without a Commercial Expansion Pack.
No Impersonation: You may not use these assets to claim an official partnership with STICKER1337 or to facilitate malicious phishing activities.
04 // NO_REFUND_POLICY (DESTRUCTIVE_CONFIRMATION)
Due to the digital nature of the payload (Instant Delivery), all sales are final. Once the bits have left our server and reached your local storage, the transaction is irreversible. If the file is corrupted during transit, contact [email protected] for a re-transmission.
05 // LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
The assets are provided “AS IS.” We are not responsible if our stickers make your code so clean it crashes your neighbor’s server. Use with caution.
